• Emergency restoration services

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on:

• Square footage of area to be serviced
• Type of flooring material
• Condition and cleaning requirements
• Additional services requested

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.

4. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide:

• Clear access to all areas requiring service
• 24-hour notice for any schedule changes
• Safe working conditions for our team

5. Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, some limitations apply:

• Pre-existing damage may not be fully repairable
• Some stains may be permanent depending on age and type
• Results may vary based on floor condition and material

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Removing fragile items and valuables from service areas
• Providing accurate information about floor types and conditions
• Following post-service care instructions
• Reporting any concerns within 24 hours of service completion

7. Satisfaction Policy

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns promptly and professionally.
