Service Satisfaction Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our floor cleaning, polishing, or restoration services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will:
- Review your concerns promptly and professionally
- Arrange a return visit to address any issues at no additional charge
- Work with you to achieve the results you expected
Cancellation Policy
Before Service Begins
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposits or payments made
- Same day cancellation: 50% cancellation fee applies
- No-show: Full payment is due for scheduled service time
After Service Begins
- Payment for work completed is non-refundable
- Remaining work may be cancelled without additional charges
- We will work to resolve any concerns about completed work
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Cash payments: Refunded immediately
- Check payments: Refunded within 5-7 business days
- Credit card payments: Refunded within 3-5 business days
Limitations
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Pre-existing floor damage that was disclosed before service
- Customer changes mind about service after completion
- Natural variations in floor appearance that were explained beforehand
- Customer denied access to complete the agreed-upon service
Weather and Emergency Policies
Services may need to be rescheduled due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Emergency situations
- Equipment failures
In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional charge and honor original pricing.
